Oh yea, it’s yer birthday, oh yea, gonna party..HaHa NO, it’s NOT my birthday but I’m excited I’ve got just ONE more day left on my cleanse! I have felt amazing this entire week & a half! No lack of energy (well except for yesterday but I think I was just so busy & DIDN’T GET ENOUGH WATER!), no sugar hangovers lol, no hunger, it’s just been awesome. I for one LOVE LOVE CLEANSE TIME! However, I’m none too excited about surgery on Thursday!
AM: Spark + fiber + 16 oz + probiotics + 3 catalyst
BREAKFAST: Almond butter pancakes (S) http://detoxinista.com/2012/09/almond-butter-pancakes-grain-free/ I could sooo eat these every day!
SNACK: 3 oz tuna & strawberries
LUNCH: Homemade chicken veggie soup (carrots, spinach, onion powder, garlic pepper, taco seasoning & chicken in the Vitamix woohoo)
Spark on the way to school because I’ve had another busy day trying to prepare my house for being unavailable for a few days. Got some “uncrustables” made for the Princess’ lunch. Weeded through all the Enthusiasts clothes, made sure everything clean! Honey’s socks & underwear all stocked teehee! I’ve got 2 kinds of pancake mixes prepared for easy breakfasts, fridge is full of fruits & veggies for throwing in crockpot for easy dinners. I’m trying to make this as easy as possible for everybody to keep our home running smoothly even IF I’m not 😉

DINNER: Marinated chicken breast (SF marinade), carrots & 1/2 c quinoa (E) (family had corn AND cornbread 2) (You can have up to 3/4 c of quinoa to keep this an E meal)

CoNfEsSiOn…com’mon we all cheat, we just don’t all confess to it like I do 😉 Today, while trying to stop being so ADD getting things done, I stumbled across oreos (huh-hem, by stumbled I mean I knew I bought them yesterday and when I saw them..in the bottom of the cabinet pushed back behind the almonds haha, I just HAD to have one…or three). I ain’t gonna lie, it was GOOD but let me tell you what! I FELT LIKE POO AFTERWARDS! BUT, b/c I had something “sweet AND sugary”, it got those gastric juices flowing to REALLY WANTING something so I went in search and Voila’ the “carrot cake”
Total water consumption: 96 oz
Exercise: Just a lil’ bit here & there; squats, lunges, jumping jacks

I’m not sure if the Carrot/pumpkin cake was E or FP but it was GOOD!!! I used flax meal instead of spelt/white. I used xylitol, almond milk & an egg white…only thing would’a made it any better is if I’d had some FF whip for the top!
