Day 8 / AdvoCare 10 Day Herbal Cleanse w/ THM

confused It’s been another one of those long days that DIDN’T WORK OUT AS PLANNED!

AM: Spark + fiber + 16 oz water + probiotic + 3 catalyst
BREAKFAST: Old fashion oatmeal w/ almond milk & dash of vanilla (E)
SNACK: Oh Yeah (E) (I could eat these things every day but TRUELY I just have them when I find myself w/o my packed bag! DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!)
LUNCH: Chick-Fila grilled chicken sandwich (FP) (no pickle, w/ lettuce & no bun)
SNACK: 1 Tbsp of peanut butter (S) (MY ENTHUSIAST/SON decided last minute that he was going to stay & try out for basketball at school. I generally pick him up at 3 yet when I picked him up he informed me he was staying after w/ friends to “do homework” before try-outs at 4:30 and they would last until 6!! We live more than 20 miles away from school and didn’t want to sit in the car for 3.5 hours so we went to visit relatives. TRUST me, peanut butter WAS my healthiest option) 😉
DINNER: Rotissere chicken, carrots & strawberries (E)

FP = Fuel Pull; these meals strip way back both primary fuel sources of fats & carbs. These are used to shed excess weight more swiftly. They are faster fat shredders than your S & E meals, but must not be abused & used too liberally for this talent. Included too ofeten, they will harm your long term doable approach, rather than help. Stripping away fat & glucose will force your body to immediately burn it’s own fat as fuel. Whoop whoop!

Total water consumption: NOT ENOUGH = 80 oz (& I have a headache and have felt rather “run-down” this evening)
Exercise: 2 hour WALK!
