Day #12 AdvoCare 24DC and companion products

I ain’t gonna lie ya’ll, I woke up feeling kinda yucky today!  Sluggish, drained and just plum draggy!

Once I consumed my spark and ThermoPlus I could feel “boost” kick-in…which got me to thinking, maybe you don’t know about the companion products (though if you’ve been with me long I don’t know how that possible) 😉

CATALYST – an amino acids supplement

The L-glutamine, I find helps to curb cravings and as of late have discovered will help to alleviate a headache (whoop whoop)

What I ate today:
Spark/Catalyst/Thermo/MNS 16 oz
16 oz
CO/GF pancakes (16 oz)
12 oz
FP/7 Superfood salad w/ grilled chicken (squirt of lemon juice) 16 oz
E/Boiled egg  white & few grapes 16 oz
Spark/Catalyst (16 oz)
S/Chicken, green beans, stewed potatoes and half (cathead) biscuit :/ (18 oz)

Find the pancake recipe here.  I didn’t do all the “counts” but considered it to be a crossover because it has oats and whole eggs.  I never found time to calculate the fats/carbs when divided by 10 to see if it actually fit into one particular fuel.  IF you do, please let me know (y)  Crossovers (adding fats and carbs to the same meal) are not BAD for you but they are not conducive for weight loss.

IDK what it is about my husband and this recent fascination with “family style” restaurant service (and it seems he just started it the week before I made the decision it’s time to go back to our clean eating lifestyle) but he invited his brother’s family to go out and what does he want… AND let me just add that at this particular restaurant, every Saturday they serve the SAME MENU!  When you’re spending $18/per you kinda feel like ya gotta get your monies worth 😦  and as much as I ate (mostly meat/chicken and green beans) I DID NOT!
