Day 21 and THM mini fuel cycle

So often, we give excuses why we can’t witness to others. I’m guilty of this! “What if they ask about something I don’t have know the answer for? What if they’re argumentative? What if they cuss me out?” Throughout his life, Paul shows us how lame our excuses really are! He is under house arrest and having to support himself, yet he still manages to get the Gospel out to the lost!

Lord, help me to be bold! Give me the words you would have me to say when they need to be said to just the right person.

Because I’ve decided to add a THM mini fuel cycle (which is just ONE DAY AT A TIME) there will be several links in this post (y) to help you….who am I lying?  I need them for next time 😉

I did not choose a great day to go FRUIT FREE :*(  (oh right, you did know that a fuel cycle DEEP S day means NO fruit, NO dairy, NO nuts, NO seeds right?).  On my way home from my (2 mile / 25 min) walk I saw our local strawberry patch had their OPEN sign out.  It wasn’t 9am and there were already quite a few out picking and it had just began to drizzle.  I did NOT pick them myself, honey that’s way too rough on the back and knees lol.  I’m riding home w/ the windows cracked, berries in the back seat (so I wouldn’t be tempted to eat) and the sweet smell was almost more than I could handle…but I made it home.  With said berries,  I made a big batch of THM/FP strawberry jelly, a batch of regular sugar free freezer jam for the family and what looks to be the most delicious strawberry crumb bars :p  And what goes well for family’s dessert atop these crumb bars (which I WILL eat for my E breakfast in the morning)?   (Coconut) Whip Cream of course (y) (<—-this can also be made with coconut sugar and/or honey).  And y’all know I do not like waste, so the leftover strawberry puree residue I added the little bit of leftover coconut milk (with an additional cup hot water) and made strawberry milk (clap, clap), I figure if it’s not fit to drink I can just add it to my smoothies ❤ Chopped up cabbage (for tonight’s FP dinner), sliced cucumbers, mixed up some “truvia”, ground some for “powdered sugar”, oh I also made some overnight oatmeal, oh AND tapioca chia pudding and there’s ALWAYS laundry going!

Oh….about those sweet berries?  I ain’t gonna lie, I ate ONE!  #itmeltedinmymouth

What I ate today:
Spark/Catalyst/Thermo/MNS 16 oz
DEEP S/2 eggs w/ spinach in butter 16 oz
(16 oz & before MNS)
DEEP S/Lettuce wrap w/ chicken drizzled in olive oil 16 oz
Spark/S&S/Catalyst 16 oz
FP/Mouth watering meringues (Original THM/370) 8 oz
FP/Cabbage roll in a bowl 32 oz

For the FP/meringue cookies, I added 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 Tbsp of cacoa (because hello, it’s a superfood…. Every time I see that word I say it in my head like the Frozo guy from The Incredibles when he says, “WHEERRRRE is my super suit?” bwahaha)

I made the overnight oatmeal WITHOUT the greek yogurt (we avoid dairy as much as possible) so we’ll see how it turns out 😉

OHhhhh and I made Chocolate pudding/S

Crazy as it sounds…I miss days like this, being in the kitchen ALL DAY!  But guess what, tomorrow, I gotta do some real W-O-R-K!  Which means I better get outta the kitchen and into the bed! Zzzzzzz….
