AdvoCare Herbal (Group) Cleanse / DAY 1

May 10th (Mother’s Day): Be sure to weigh and measure FIRST thing Monday (5/11) in the morning…well NOT FIRST, first go pee, then weigh and measure haha

May 11th: DAY 1 (My start weight 163.2 and that’s exactly 10 lbs UP from my original 50 lb loss. And don’t worry, I do NOT expect you to announce your numbers but it helps hold me accountable)

Upon waking drink a Spark (1 scoop or pkg per 8 oz of water—I actually do 1/2-2/3 scoop w/ 12 oz) (optional 3/Catalyst)
Within 30 minutes drink your fiber pack (w/ 6-8 oz of water) CHUG IT! Follow w/ 8-16 oz of water. (You do NOT HAVE to wait 30 minutes but do not wait longer than 30)
**I add my fiber pack AND my Spark with 16 oz of water into shaker cup (by doing this it doesn’t thicken quite so fast and the texture doesn’t bother me)
Within 30 minutes YOU NEED TO EAT
ALWAYS eat breakfast within ONE hour of waking in order to boost your metabolism for the day by 30%!!

BREAKFAST: 2-3 Eggs mixed w/ veggie of choice (I use Spinach), sausage, sprinkle of chia and lil’ avocado and slice of tomato eggs avocado
SNACK: Cleanse/detox smoothie (½ stalk celery, 1 small apple w/ skin, handful spinach, few slices of cucumber, 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup ice, juice from a lemon and 1 scoop protein—I typically use hemp for this one but tried vanilla today, I like it best w/ hemp)
LUNCH: Tuna salad w/ avocado (5 flax crackers) and grapes
SNACK: Almonds and cutie
DINNER: Crockpot Chili (w/ 4 OmegaPlex)

Crockpot Chili: (serves 6-8)
2 pounds of ground turkey (browned)
*Use 45 oz whatever beans you have on hand (pinto, kidney, cannellini, black—I had 30 Cannellini and 15 pintos; soaked)
1 large chopped onion
½ cup of salsa
30 oz tomato sauce
15 ounces water
1 tablespoon brown sugar (I use homemade SF brown sugar)
3 teaspoons ground cumin
2-1/2 Tablespoons chili powder
3 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons basil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Brown ground turkey.
I throw ALL the ingredients into the crockpot and cook on low 4-6 hours!
*If using your stock-pot, simmer for at least an hour, longer would be better.
The KIDS LOVED this dish!! One added sour cream/cheese and the other added DF cheese 🙂

At bedtime be sure to take your “Herbal Cleanse Pill Pack” with some water. IF you should happen to forget to take these pills one night DO NOT FREAK OUT! We will just tack those missed ones on at the end
When you find that craving for something sweet hit you in the after dinner-before bed hours first try drinking some water. Wait a few minutes and if it’s still there try brushing your teeth! 🙂 IF this doesn’t help go for an apple—-but do not go to bed hungry! This may cause you to not sleep well, or sleep walk right into the kitchen for a midnight raid lol~ I have actually found that the optional Catalyst helps curb that sweet craving for me (& ADDED bonus it helps eliminate the signs of cellulite…I KID YOU NOT! I ran out and didn’t buy any for several months and now here it is almost summer and I notice the cellulite in my legs again—I’ve just added it back into my daily regimen)

I walked the track 4 times this morning which equals 1 1/3 miles.
I consumed 128 oz of water
