RANDOM NOTES/PART II:

Yes, I know…SO RANDOM~  These are things I read, hear, come across in study or research and think Hmmmm.  I thought something may give you an Ah-Ha moment or be of some interest to you as it was to me 😉

* We have high amounts of calories w/ little nutrition (just in case you didn’t know haha).  No matter how many calories you eat you could still be starving nutritionally!
* Bread, sugar and salt trick your body into thinking you’re getting specific nutrients so the body stays hungry for them but your cells don’t get nourished.
* MSG and free glutamates are used to enhance flavor in about 80% of all processed modern day foods.  They can be hidden under 50 DIFFERENT NAMES :O
* Green foods chlorophyll is GOOD detox
* Chia seeds, aloe vera or seaweed gels and moves through the intestine which will bind and pass thru (taking the “bleck” w/ it)
* Parsley cleanses blood supply.
* Cilantrol binds w/ heavy metals.
* Getting water, air and sunlight EVERYDAY IS NUTRITIONALLY BENEFICIAL!
* Detoxing of any kind will not occur if you still add in toxins!
* Most people don’t consume enough veggies!
* Over fed and undernourished out bodies are beat up!
* Juicing is easy to absorb.  Juicing is beneficial because you’re able to consume more vegetables than you’d ordinarly eat.  It is easily digested by every cell of your body (so carefully consider WHAT you juice, especially as a diabetic!)
* Foods for beauty, hair, skin & nails:  Olives, olive oil, hemp seed, aloe vera, cucumber, radishes, coconut products and yogurt
