DAY 14:  PHASE II:  SUNDAY 1/19/2014 Things turn out best for the people who make the best of the way things turn out. -John Wooden

Upon waking, mix Spark (pouch or scoop) w/ 8 oz water & take you first “30 minutes before breakfast” yellow pill pack (THIS IS ALSO WHEN I TAKE MY 3 CATALYST/1-2 THERMOPLUS) Within an hour you need to have breakfast consisting of at least 10g protein w/ less than 30g carbs

spark mama juice

**Your MRS/Meal Replacement Shake is to replace ONE meal each day, I choose breakfast but you can have it for whichever meal best suits you.  (Personally, I mix all my MRSs w/ ice, I like a “shake” more so than a drink.  I add 1 tsp natural PB to the chocolate and couple frozen berries to the berry &/or vanilla)

BREAKFAST:  **Take both white pill packs (or can split w/ lunch) Sundays or “fend for youself” days around here but for those of you who DON’T drink the MRS for breakfast…. MRS OR Two Minute Pumpkin Pie (YEP..I said it, P-I-E):  S/GF/DF 3 tbs of almond meal 2 tbs of coconut oil 1 egg 1/2 cup of organic pumpkin puree 1 tsp of pumpkin spice 1 tbs of honey 1 tsp of vanilla extract  a dash of salt 1/2 tsp of baking powder Mix everything together really well.  Place in a mug or a small microwave safe dish and microwave for 2 minutes

SNACK:  Oh Yeah protein bar:  E  (easily accessible between services teehee)

LUNCH:  (Generally we go out for lunch after church on Sundays) TK Tripps/Greens & Grill Salad:  S/GF

SNACK:  Almond Joy Milkshake (WHAT??):  S 1/2 cup Fat free cottage cheese 1 scoop Protein powder 2-4 pkts Stevia (or 1/4-1 tbs sweetener of choice) 5-10 Ice cubes (Depending on how thick you like it, use less for a thinner consistency) 1/2-1 cupWater (Alter this according to desired consistency) 1 tbsp Cocoa powder 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp Coconut extract (I sprinkle unswt coconut instead) Mix all together in blender

DINNER:  Tomato bean soup:  FP/GF/DF 3 Cups Water 16 Ounces Diced Tomatoes, canned 16 Ounces Navy Beans, Canned 1/4 Cup Dried Onion 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Pepper, or to taste 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley 3 Each Chicken Bouillon Cubes (or homemade stock or your favorite flavor)

Add water, tomatoes, beans, and seasonings to large pot; bring to boil. Reduce heat and cover; simmer 40-60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add hot water as needed to make 1.5 quarts Adjust seasoning if needed. Or, put everything in a 1.5 quart crockpot. Heat on high for 2 hours (which is how I do it). Serve.

Sundays were created by God to be a day of R-E-S-T so I will not be exercising at all 🙂
