Advocare Herbal Cleanse – Day #2

TUESDAY/DAY 2

#1 Spark upon rising (Mix packet/scoop w/ 8 oz of water; weigh & measure while you enjoy your delicious liquid energy)

#2 Fiber drink (mix packet w/ 6-8 oz water and GUZZLE)

#3 EAT

#4 W/ dinner take 4 OmegaPlex AND @ bedtime take you herbal cleanse pill pack (Sorry I forgot to remind this step for Monday..hope you remembered)

BREAKFAST:  Baked oatmeal (made w/ almond milk, cinnamon, strawberries & nuts)

SNACK:  Apple w/ natural p-nut butter

LUNCH:  Turkey patty w/ small mixed greens salad

SNACK:  celery, carrots & pineapple

DINNER:   Baked salmon, small sweet potatoe & spinach

You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces of water!  You should be eating something every 2.5-3 hours every day!  You should be eating protein w/ each meal (@ least 10g protein and less than 30g carbs…your fist is your protein size, half of that is your carb size)  Do NOT eat an after dinner snack unless you have to!  For this snack stay away from fruits, grains, or other carbohydrates. You don’t need the extra energy at that time of night. What you may need at that time of night is a healthy protein source such as lean chicken or a protein shake.  The protein will help your muscles recover from any exercise/workout you may have had that day

While cooking at the stove, stand on one leg and raise your heel off the floor; hold for 10 seconds.  Do 10 repetitions and repeat on the other leg.  Instead of walking casually up the stairs, gradually increase your speed and the number of stairs you can take in 1 minute.  Take two steps at once if you can do it safely.   Try plie squats when talking on the phone, watching TV, working, or making dinner. Stand with your feet in a V — your heels together and toes apart.  Tuck your hips in and lower your body down until your knees are just in front of your toes. Squeeze your inner thighs as you rise up. Do 20 repetitions.  YOU JUST NEED TO GET MOVING
