Advocare Herbal Cleanse -DAY #1

on April 15, 2013
Whoop Whoop…tomorrow is the beginning of a wondermously, fantasmic, adventure…cleaning out those cobwebs removing all those gunky, built-up toxins from your body!  This cleanse is going to “scrub” the insides of not just your colon but your intestines, kidneys & liver as well!!! Doesn’t that sound exciting?  TRUST me, once you see the benefits, you’ll be counting the days until you get to do it again.  This metabolic cleansing system:
  • Helps rid the body of toxins and waste
  • Supports improved digestion and thorough internal cleansing
  • Provides 10 grams of fiber per day
  • Helps remove impurities from the body
  • Supports healthy weight loss (THE ADDED BONUS)

NOW…are you ready to get started?

MONDAY/DAY 1
The beginning of a new round and it’s going to be A-M-A-Z-I-N’
#1 Spark upon rising (Mix packet/scoop w/ 8 oz of water; weigh & measure while you enjoy your delicious liquid energy)
#2 Fiber drink (mix packet w/ 6-8 oz water and GUZZLE…OVER the sink just incase haha.  I believe I’m going to TRY my 8 oz Spark and my 8 oz fiber TOGETHER and see what happens)
#3 EAT
After enjoying your Spark (3 catalyst) w/n the next 30 minutes have the fiber and then w/n another 30 mins have your breakfast.  Eating protein w/n one hour of waking will boost your metabolism by 30% for the day.
*REMEMBER NO DAIRY OR SUGAR FOR 10 DAYS (STAY AWAY FROM “WHITE” AND WINE)
BREAKFAST:  2-3 scrambled eggs w/ handful of spinach and a piece/handful of fruit
SNACK:  Oh-Yeah protein bar (these are from Costco and like having candy)
LUNCH:  Pita Delight Camille Salad (shredded iceberg lettuce w/ diced cucumbers, tomatoes and grilled chicken, NO CHEESE)
SNACK:  15-20 raw almonds and grapes (depending on the time chances are I’ll have a 2nd Spark and additional catalyst)
DINNER:  Baked chicken, roasted brussel sprouts and glazed carrots w/ a fruit smoothie for dessert
DO’S & DON’TS OF GOAL SETTING: DO create a plan. DON’T wait for “someday” to roll around
DO start small. DON’T focus on too many things at once
DO write it down. DON’T forget to give yourself a deadline
DO be specific. DON’T deal in absolutes
DO leave room for failure. DON’T expect perfection
DO track your progress. DON’T fool yourself into failure
DO reward your success. DON’T beat yourself up over failure
DO find a support system. DON’T try to do it alone
DO make a commitment. DON’T ever forget that you can do it AND I’M HERE TO HELP YOU!!!
Don’t let a hectic schedule sideline your workout plans. Exercise, even in small doses, does a body good. The goal is to get you moving for a total of 20-30 minutes each day.   TRY 5 mins of Yoga, 15 mins of walking, strength (this can be done w/ canned goods) and stretching, and as many standing push-ups you can in 5 mins (these can be done against a counter, the wall or regular in the floor)See More
