24 Day Challenge / Day 5

**Fit Tip:  Take time to RELAX!  When it comes to fitness, many people fail to make adequate time to relax.  However, taking the time to relax allows you to unwind mentally, physically and prevents burnout

Today things should be feeling like old hat.. 1st SPARK W/ PROBIOTIC RESTORE  #2 EAT~

Tonight: 4 OMEGAS W/ DINNER~  HERBAL CLEANSE PILL PACK @ BEDTIME~ Your half way thru this Phase YEAH YOU!  Keep consuming 90-120 oz of water and EAT… Contrary to belief, you have to eat/right to lose! (i love that!!!!)

BREAKFAST: 2 scrambled eggs w/ spinach & half grapefruit
SNACK:  Celery w/ pnut butter & handful of blueberries
LUNCH:  Mixed greens salad w/ broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes & chicken/tuna
SNACK:  Protein bar
DINNER: Baked chicken w/ basil & tomato, Walnut green beans & Cumin flavored sweet potatoes

I spend HOURS  a day “researching” Advocare products, meal plans and exercise ideas…Whew, it’s exhausting~  I have found a plethera of recipes on Pinterest!

FAQ: How much WATER should I drink? Recommend 3/4 to 1 gallon PER DAY!
How often should I WEIGH? ONLY get on scales the mornings of Days 1, 11 & 25!
How many meals/snacks should I EAT? Your goal is 5-7 meals/snacks per day.
How many OMEGAPLEX should I be taking? At least 2 each day, recommended 4, but if you struggle w/ weight, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes, you may want to take as many as 8!
Do I HAVE to EXERCISE? No, you don’t HAVE to. The challenge is designed to focus on filling your nutritional gaps, therefore make your body run more effectively & burn fat more efficiently. HOWEVER, from an overall health & welness standpoint, I obviously recommend that everyone get in at least 20 mins of exercise each day! Not only will this increase your challenge results, but it will do wonders for your overall well being & extend your life expectancy if maintained as a part of your lifestyle!
